What Areas Do you cover?

We cover parties in West Yorkshire and parts of Lancashire. We are located in BD21 Keighley, we offer free delivery and setup within 10 miles of BD21 . We are happy to travel further afield for a small addition cost to cover our time and travel.

How big are the Teepees and beds

The space that’s required for one teepee and mattress is 70 cm x 140 cm

What is the hire time?

Typically our teepees are 1 night hire, however we are flexible where possible

Can the Teepees be set up outside

Unfortunately not. Our teepees are indoor only. We do have our Bell Tent which is available to hire from March-September

Can i have a sleepover set up upstairs?

Yes it is possible although we do have a lot of equipment, please advise at the time of booking if you intend to have the party on a upper floor.

How are the teepees cleaned.

All our tent covers are removable and washable. All bedding is laundered after each use and all trays and other items are cleaned and disinfected where possible

What are your payment Terms?

Sleepover teepees

We require the deposit of £25 (non refundable) to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the set up.

Bell tents

We require the deposit of £50 (non refundable) to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the set up.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Accidents happen, we know that. Due to the nature of our business we take great care in looking after our party equipment ensuring all our equipment is in fantastic condition. Should of an incident occur where any of our items supplied gets damaged they will be a charge for replacements.

Do you have insurance

Yes we have £1 Million Public liability insurance
